Booking

After receiving your email we can schedule an appointment for your First Interview. Should you need to clarify any issue before booking your first session, you are welcome for a complimentary 15-minute online interview on Zoom. 

For our sessions, we can meet in person or via Zoom.

Cancellation Policy

By booking your session, you agree to give 48-hour advance notice for any cancellation.

Otherwise, you will be required to pay the full fee for the session.

Payment

In person: Payment can be made in cash, by check, credit card, or PayPal.

Online: Payment can be made by check, credit card, or PayPal.

​

Payment needs to be arranged in advance and the sessions have to be completed within the arranged time frame.

Missed sessions will not be compensated for.

Invoicing

After each session or - in case of regular therapy - at the end of each month.

​

Insurance

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefits plan.

I will send you an invoice for each session as an out-of-network provider which you then can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Please check your out-of-network coverage carefully.
